On the afternoon of 16th February, 2023, according to the unified arrangement of the Municipal Education and Sports Bureau and the Municipal Health Commission, Hu Xiaofen, Director of the Sixth People's Hospital of Anqing City, came to our school to give a lecture on mental health knowledge entitled ‘Identification and Treatment of Common Psychological Problems of Middle School Students’. In attendance were students from Grade 7 and all the head teachers.
In combination with the age and psychological structure characteristics of the 7th grade students, Director Hu Xiaofen led students to understand psychological problems by means of case analysis, audio and video appreciation and other methods, so that students could learn to vent their emotions. The friendly and natural language as well as the lively and interesting lecture left a deep impression on the children. Therefore, the lecture not only played a positive role in the mental health growth of the 7th grade students, but also promoted the teachers to learn professional knowledge of mental health.
