Head Teachers’ Working Conference
Head teacher is the guide of students' growth path and the core force of school's education and teaching work. On the afternoon of 14th November, the head teachers' meeting was held in the Junior High Department of the east campus, which was presided over by Deputy Director Xu Lihong and attended by Principal Assistant Li Ping and all head teachers.
At the beginning of the meeting, Deputy Director Xu Lihong made arrangements for the routine work of this week, and put forward new requirements for the daily management of head teachers. The contents of the requirements were more detailed and more perfect. Thus, the head teachers took notes carefully and prepared for the later work.
Finally, Principal Assistant Li Ping delivered a speech in which she encouraged the head teachers to continue to work hard, strictly grasp the learning effect, and conduct scientific management of the students. Also, in combination with the practical work in the recent stage, Principal Assistant asked the head teachers to organize class meetings with the theme of ‘Learning Experience Sharing’ to promote students to exchange learning experience and create a good learning atmosphere; Additionally, head teachers should plan well in advance this semester’s parents’ meeting, pay attention to the home-school connection, and live up to the high expectations of society, parents and schools for the head teachers’ work; Furthermore, head teachers were required to innovate their working ideas, carry out various student activities to promote class management so as to enhance students’ sense of gain and participation and achieve the goal of ‘awards can be awarded, compassion can be felt, politeness can be learned, and wisdom can be inspired’; Last but not the least, Principal Assistant Li Ping reminded the head teachers to strengthen their own learning, care for students, and improve the art of work.
On the whole, this head teachers’ working conference further improved the work level of head teachers, which not only arranged the tasks in the next stage, but also pointed out the direction of the management of head teachers, thus playing a positive role in promoting the work of head teachers in the future.
