In order to improve the basic teaching skills of young teachers, lay a solid foundation for teaching, guide young teachers to study hard on the basic teaching skills, and help improve the teaching quality of the Senior High Department, on 28th September, 2022, the Senior High Department held a school-level promising young teachers selection event in the school lecture hall. President Madam Huang Wenli, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai and leaders of the Senior High Department participated in the selection as judges.
First and foremost, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai delivered a short speech on the significance and purpose of the event and the implementation plan of the Senior High Department.
To be concrete, this selection activity is based on the preliminary selection of each teaching and research group, and a total of 7 young teachers have been determined to participate in this competition.
Furthermore, during the competition, the young teachers were enthusiastic and energetic, showing the unique spirit and vitality of the young teachers in the Senior High Department. What’s more, the young teachers learned from each other, forming a good atmosphere of comparing, learning, rushing, helping and exceeding.
In summarty, the Senior High Department will further improve the training mechanism of young teachers, consolidate the basic skills, let teachers practice their basic skills, substitute training with competition, promote teaching with competition, optimize the team of young teachers, and help the growth of young teachers as well.
