Time flies and the lost time is never. We tasted hard work& sweat during heavy schedules while experiencing delight to feel enriched. Upon the end of this semester, at 3 P.M. on the afternoon of 29th June, at the merging classroom, all staff in Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Division convened the summing-up conference of this term so as to better summarize experience and convey the spirit. The meeting was chaired by Junior High Deputy Director Hu Sen.
Initially, Vice Director Gao Yi conducted summary regarding work in his own branch. Also, he notified job placement during each time frame in summer holidays. Vice Director Gao Yi used ‘Safe& Well-Aligned and Steady-State Progress’ to incisively generalize this year’s work achievement. In the meantime, he listed names of teachers who performed noticeably well at ordinary times to set a good example.
What’s more, Deputy Head Hu Sen fully affirmed job arrangements in terms of outstanding homework, three-step lesson preparation program, teaching& research activities as well as teachers’ ethics& moral building. Other than that, he hoped teachers would attach great importance to efficiency& pragmatism to strive for more energy release in education& teaching posts.
To conclude, Principal Assistant Ling Qian issued a keynote speech in which he firstly spoke glowingly of Anqing Foreign Language School’s development from the macroscopic point of view, emphasizing that teachers were supposed to possess ownership awareness and contribute their own bits for our school’s progress. Secondly, teachers’ role consciousness was crucial in that they should reasonably position themselves and pay attention to professional image. Last but not the least, Principal Assistant Ling expected teachers would make the best of this summer vacation to enrich themselves, boost specialty literacy, get familiar with courses& curriculum beforehand& enhance studies into teaching materials.
