In the context of the digital age, in order to improve students' information literacy and innovation ability, the information technology group successfully held a courseware making contest for Grade 7 this semester, aiming to stimulate students' interest in information technology and cultivate their self-learning ability through the activity of courseware making.
Initially, since the launch of the competition, the 7th grade students have responded positively, engaging in intense and creative courseware making, who designed courseware works with rich contents and various forms in combination with subject knowledge and multimedia technology. After the preliminary screening, a total of 12 excellent works from 12 classes entered the final stage. Finally, after the fierce competition, the judges selected 3 first prize winners, 4 second prize contestants and 5 third prize participants.
In a nutshell, the successful implementing of the courseware making contest not only enriched the campus cultural life, enhanced students' information literacy and innovation ability, but also promoted the deep integration of information technology and education and teaching. More remarkably, through the competition, not only did students learn how to use information technology to optimize their learning, but also cultivated their powers of observation, imagination and practice in the process of creation.
