Initially at the meeting, the mentors and apprentices who participated in the Qinglan Project shared their guidance and learning experience of this semester, showcasing the positive role of the Qinglan Project in the growth of the teachers. Additionally, teacher Zhang Cheng reported the implementation process of the Qinglan Project, including the pairing of mentors and apprentices, as well as the problems in the process, putting forward targeted suggestions in the meantime. Last but not the least, Principal Assistant Liu Qiongdan spoke highly of the achievements of the Qinglan Project and encouraged the young teachers to pursue their personal growth and continue to reinforce their professional quality.
