In order to ensure a solid and orderly start of the new semester of Senior Three in  spring, on the morning of 30th January, 2023, the Senior High Department of our school held a senior three work conference in the conference room on the first floor of the administrative building. In attendance were Executive Vice Principal Liu Bing, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai, Deputy Directors Xu Haihong and Jiang Shengyou of the Senior High Department in addition to all teachers of Senior Three.
First of all, with the combination of moral education and the actual situation of the school, Deputy Director Xu Haihong put forward requirements of the education and teaching work during the beginning of Grade 12, stressing that special attention should be paid to the psychological state of students to improve their self-confidence  so that they would strive for a new level of performance in this year's College Entrance Examination; In the meantime, Deputy Director Xu Haihong shared with the teachers present the concept of ‘do things prudently’, hoping that all of them could enter the state of Senior Three as soon as possible.
Second of all, Deputy Director Jiang Shengyou went on to set out the requirements for the teaching work in the new semester of 2023. Specifically, he asked teachers to enter the working state as soon as possible from seven aspects such as intensive training and detailed work, believing that teachers would succeed if they did their job well.
Last but not the least, Principal Assistant Xu Zuitai delivered a concluding speech in which he pointed out that all teachers of Senior Three should continue to carry forward the spirit of teamwork, have confidence, be full of enthusiasm, and drive students' earnestness with their professionalism, so that students could sprint for the College Entrance Examination.
To conclude, Vice Principal Liu Bing emphasized that we would only find a way to succeed instead of making excuses for failure; More noticeably, as long as we gather strength and work hard, we will achieve the established goals and create new brilliance!
